At Makaro, we want to the journey of our products to be sustainable, not only from mining to manufacturing, but also to its wearer and beyond. That's why we extend the product cycle of all Makaro pieces through our repair and recycling program.
Repair Service
Unser Credo bei Makaro lautet: Buy good things, own them a long time. Unser Makaro Reparaturservice kümmert sich deshalb liebevoll um dein Schmuckstück, wann immer es eine Reparatur benötigt, so dass es schon bald wieder zu deinem täglichen Begleiter wird.
So funktioniert’s: Für Reparatur-Anfragen kontaktiere uns jederzeit gerne per Email an info@makarojewelry.com oder besuch uns in einem unserer Stores (Finde HERE einen Makaro Store in deiner Nähe).
Please also note that, depending on the extent of the damage to your jewelry, there may be charges for materials or labor.
Recycling
At Makaro, our goal is a holistic cradle-to-grave approach. Discarded jewelry that is no longer needed or can no longer be repaired can be dropped off at any of our stores. We recycle gemstones and metals, so that an old piece of jewelry can be turned into a new Makaro piece. As a thank you for your help, you will receive a 10€ Makaro voucher for every piece of jewelry you hand in.
